Following 2 separate community consultations, held for the proposed development on the iconic Braddon site, the MP team has been spending more time on the presented townhouse typologies.

General community feedback related to the over-all masterplan of the site, which now appears to be more sympathetic to the area, however questions were raised about the typologies. Neighbours and other Braddon residents noted the heritage character of their suburb and concerns about new development diluting its appeal.

Investigations in to the design of the town house dwellings is under way to provide a varied product on site with a range of sizes, layouts and configurations. Concerns about integration and opportunities for an ageing and down-sizer demographic have also been addressed. All of these are being responded to with design solutions to be presented to the project team and client.
